Shanghai Awinic Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., founded in June 2008, specializes in the design of high-performance mixed-signal, power-management and signal-chain ICs. In August 2021, the Company successfully listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (ticker: 688798).

Awinic now offers 42 product sub-categories and more than 1,400 distinct product models, with performance and quality that lead the industry. Its ICs are widely adopted across smartphones, tablets, laptops, wearable devices, smart speakers, home appliances, mobile payment terminals, IoT applications, AI education tools, smart toys, servers, new-energy systems, robotics, drones, security systems, and automotive electronics.

In 2024, the Company invested RMB 510 million in R&D, representing nearly 17% of its revenue. Awinic employs almost 1,000 people, 74% of whom are technical staff, and has been granted 649 domestic and international patents, 125 software copyrights, and 595 integrated-circuit layout registrations.
