1. Maintain the cooperation of existing product lines with the company;
2. Proactively connect customers and the technical departments and staff of the manufacturers and manage before-sales technical support and project expansion;
3. Organize necessary exchange on products and technologies to facilitate projects based on customers’ project needs;
4. Identify inferior quality generated at customers and complete after-sales technical services;
5. Collect, collate and summarize the application development trends at the customer end and on the market;
6. Provide screen-related technical training to the company’s internal staff on a regular basis.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic information or a related major and 3-5 years’ or more related experience;
2. Have some knowledge of the subsystem protocols and architectures of storage products, and experience as a FAE of storage products is preferred;
3. Have experience in providing technical support to key accounts;
4. Familiar with NAND FLASH/SSD products and related testing software;
5. Familiar with software and hardware architectures of server products;
6. We seek outgoing candidates with good abilities for communication, self-management and customer management who are able to manage time and stress and do frequent business trips.
